Coaching Session Policy

  • Session Format: All coaching and mentoring sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.

  • Session Length: Each session lasts 45 minutes.

  • Booking: Sessions must be scheduled in advance based on availability.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Late Arrival: If you join late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients' appointments.

  • Technical Issues: If technical difficulties occur on either side, we will make every effort to reschedule or extend the session as appropriate.
