Physical Books

All physical book sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical books unless:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your order arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, printable files, downloadable coloring pages, PDFs, and other digital content are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at lifelitbooks@gmail.com  We will be happy to help ensure you receive the files you purchased.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled.
